WELDING
Currently at MGM srl these processes find spaces in manual procedures with certified staff according to the International Regulation UNI EN ISO 9606:2017 and in automatic procedures according to the International Regulation UNI EN ISO 14732:2013.
The joints are supervised and guarantee by the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and preliminary (pWPS) according the International Regulation UNI EN ISO 15609-1:2006, Specification and qualification of welding procedures for metallic materials – Specification of welding procedure – Part 1: Arc welding and validated through the supervision of Certified Welding Coordinators.
To carry out these joints MGM srl has manual and automatic systems for electrode welding,
MIG and MIG pulse, TIG DC and TIG AC/DC for welding of aluminum and Stainless Steel.
The quality production processes is guarantee by compliance of the specific regulation
provided for the welding sector, as certified by the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, and UNI EN 3834-2:2014
as voluntary choice.
The company has IWT (International Welding Technologist) and IWI (International Welding Inspector)
consultants for six-months supervision of its quality system in the special Welding process.
The robotic systems supplied by Mecome® are system that guarantee the maximum functionality
and flexibility during the use. They are designed with a workstation to make the loading/unloading
time irrelevant on the robot’s work series, allowing it to increase the productivity.
The robotic systems are built considering our specific need for our quality levels.
All base materials are guaranteed and certified according to the International
Regulation UNI EN 10025-1:2005. Hot rolled products of structural steels – Part 1:
General technical supply conditions and accompanied by level 3.1 certificates.
All welding supply materials are certified according to the International regulation
UNI EN ISO 14341:2011, welding supply materials – electrode wires and welding sediments
for arc welding in protective gas of unalloyed and fine grain steels, as the gases used
according to the international regulation UNI EN ISO 14175:2008.
The welds are subjected to continuous periodic checks as required by the internal quality
system through destructive and non-destructive testing sessions (visual examination also
using endoscopes, penetrating liquids and magnetic particles) according to the current regulations.
