CALENDERING
The calendaring process allows to wrap a sheet of metal sheet cut in a circular way; this phase is performed by specialized personnel with 3-4 roller equipment, depending on the product.
Special joining process for which MGM srl has manual and automatic systems for electrode welding, MIG and MIG pulse, TIG DC and TIG AC/DC for welding of aluminum and Stainless Steel.

BRAZING
The special brazing process allows the manual junction of particular materials: stainless steels with copper, stainless steels with brass, carbon steels, carbon steels with brass and stainless steel.

All the produced material is tasted according to technical reference instructions, comparing with customers specifications and projects themselves, the tests are performed by specialized technics and are recorded.
